To celebrate the 50th of fish festival in Harlingen and also to enjoy the atmosphere we are holding a photowalk on Saturday, August 29. We come together for 2pm (14h) at Station Harlingen (Harlingen Port Station is closed). Then we walk a route around the city, we deal with the occasional beer and we 'when ever' back to the station. Om 18u-20u. We komen bij elkaar om 18u en vertrekken kort daarna! Een van de laatste koop avonden voor sinterklaas :) Heel veel sfeer en 'nachtfotografie'. Voor degenen die daarna zin in hebben kunnen we de kroeg induiken.

Off the friesian cost you'll find the wadden islands. From south to north they are Texel, Vlieland, Terschelling, Ameland and Schiermonnikoog. On Flickr I found this great photo by 'Ameland1732', who I would like to thank for giving me permission to us this photo. Most people here have their favorite island. They are great places to retreat to if you want 'get away from it all', though during the school holidays they might be too popular for peace and quiet.
